Grant Thorton moves into the Green Corner

Grant Thornton, represented by Savills, has taken 1,345 sq m of office space in the Green Corner office building in Warsaw. The firm, one of the fastest-growing audit and advisory companies in Poland, has taken a seven-year lease and will move in to the building in April 2013.

Green Corner, located at 52/54 Chłodna Street in Warsaw, is being developed by Skanska Group and is an energy-efficient, class A office building offering 27,000 sq m of lettable space. The asset will achieve LEED and GreenBuilding certifcates. This is the third letting that Savills has advised Grant Thornton on since 2009. Małgorzata Brawura-Biskupska, in the office agency team at Savills Poland, says: “We are pleased to have found new offices for Grant Thornton in Poznań, Katowice and now also in Warsaw. When it is completed the Green Corner building will be a great example of a quality, modern office property that meets sustainable criteria.”
