GEFCO signs lease agreement for a 9,000 sqm distribution facility

Goodman Group has announced the signing of a three year lease agreement with GEFCO, on behalf of Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF). The lease agreement is for a 9,000 sqm distribution facility at Senec Logistics Centre near Bratislava. The logistics centre is located next to the E75 highway and is 18 km from Bratislava International Airport. Goodman´s entire portfolio in Slovakia is now 100% leased.

Senec Logistics Centre provides easy access to most major markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Bratislava city centre is 23 km away; 70 km to Vienna Airport, 130 km from Brno and 200 km from Budapest.

The logistics centre consists of 45,000 sqm leased buildings with land available to develop an additional 139,000 sqm of modern logistics buildings with unit sizes from approximately 1,500 sqm.
