Gazeley agrees major deal with A.G. Barr

Gazeley has announced the agreement of a major deal with A.G. Barr plc, the soft drinks manufacturer behind Irn-Bru, Tizer and Rubicon, to build a state of the art 265,000 sq ft warehouse and production plant at Magna Park Milton Keynes.


The build to suit project for AG Barr plc will include the construction of a warehouse, production facility and offices and will be AG Barr´s largest investment in warehousing space, south of Scotland, to date. Work will soon commence on site and the building will be completed in just over four months using Gazeley´s market leading fast delivery methodology known as G Track. AG Barr?s fit out will take place thereafter. The new facility will boost local employment by creating over 100 new jobs in the local area.

Magna Park Milton Keynes comprises 210 acres, with planning consent for 4.4 million sq ft (409,000 sq m), the park is already occupied by the major brands John Lewis and River Island.
