Further tenants in Centrum Kowale
The Tri-City Centrum Kowale, a new convenience shopping centre development,
is gaining new tenants. According to Axi Immo, a Tesco hypermarket, a Ganesh restaurant,
a Play customer service outlet, a PEPCO discount store, a Main Optic salon and a Kolporter outlet signed a leasse agreement. Besides a Zoolandia pet store rented 206 m² and a Familia pharmacy ca. 130 m².
The centre is being built on ul. Staropolska near the Tri-City S6 bypass, directly by the 221 highway. It will be a modern shopping centre, consisting of commercial and office space, offering dozens of outlets. The total area of the centre is 6000 m². There will be 162 parking spaces available to customers, located in the underground parking level and around the centre. The opening of the Centrum Kowale is planned for the fourth quarter of 2012. Axi Immo is responsible for the commercialisation of the investment.
