Formal Investments leases former MFI warehouse to Harvey’s Furniture
Formal Investments, a real estate company located in Gloucestershire, has acquired a former MFI warehouse in Avonmouth (13 miles from Bristol’s city centre) with a size of 66,000 sq ft from Colliers International for an undisclosed sum. The property will now be leased to Harvey’s Furniture, a retail chain with more than 150 stores in the UK.
Formal Investments have shown in the past that they have a talent for finding the right tenants for a speculatively bought object within a short time frame. Harvey’s will use the warehouse as its main distribution center for Wales and the South Eastern part of England. The property has been standing empty for more than two years and was one of the last large warehouses available in that region.
