FMCG Corporation to relocate back office to Omsk

A subsidiary of a FMCG corporation has signed a new 10 year lease for 1,366 sq m of office premises at the “Festival” office and retail centre in Omsk in southwestern Siberia. CBRE represented the tenant following a competitive tender process. Completed in 2010, Festival is a Class В office and retail center in Omsk, which covers 36,550 sq m. The FMCG corporation’s new office is located on 2 floors of the development’s 16 storey office tower.
