Estavis acquires 214 flats in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district

Estavis AG just acquired ten residential buildings with a total of 214 apartments from a foreign investment fund. The apartments were comprehensively modernised between 1996 and 1999. Estavis is planning to turn the apartments over to its subsidiary Accentro GmbH to have them retailed at a profit. „The location in the heart of one of Berlin’s most popular districts, and the floor plans of the apartments perfectly match the search profile of our target group,“ said Florian Lanz, CEO of Estavis AG. „Attractive rates of return complement the picture for our clients.“
