End of construction at Admiral Point

The last industrial units at Jomast’s Admiral Point development in County Durham have been completed, marking the end of a multi million pound construction programme on the site. The final phase of the development at Spectrum Business Park in Dawdon, offers 35,000 sq ft of modern, high specification industrial accommodation with individual units ranging from 3,700 sq ft – 15,000 sq ft. They are now available to lease through Jomast as single or multiple units.
