EFL in Business Garden Warsaw

SwedeCenter has signed the next lease agreement for Business Garden Warsaw. European Leasing Fund joined the group of tenants and will occupy above 2,000 square meters of office space on the sixth floor of the second building being constructed in the first phase of the development. The Fund will commence its activities in the new premises in June next year. CBRE assisted in concluding the transaction.
