DTZ reports 10 promotions within the company
DTZ announced that from Tuesday 10th January 2011 the following promotions were made in the Company. Marta Kostiuk took the position of Director of Research and Development Consultancy in DTZ Ukraine. Marta has over 7 years experience in real estate as a researcher and a consultant. She has guided Research and Development Consultancy team at DTZ Ukraine to its present status as the foremost real estate market research and complex analysis provider.
Yana Lytvynchuk was named the Director of Valuation department in DTZ Ukraine. Working in real estate since 2005 for local and international organizations, Yana has a broad range of experience in valuation, consultancy and research assignments. She has also acted as a moderator at many international conferences (Bucharest International Real Estate Congress, Vilnius International Real Estate Conference and XVI Conference of EPI and PGN in Wroclaw, Poland).
Natalia Stelmakh was promoted to the position of Director of Investment and Land Brokerage Department in DTZ Ukraine. Nataliya has over 6 years experience as a property professional, working in valuation and investment consultancy for all sectors of commercial and residential property. She was Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee 2009-2011.
Nataliya Mykolaychuk took position of the Director of Retail Agency in DTZ Ukraine. Nataliya has developed and strengthened DTZ Ukraine Retail Agency into one of the leading retail teamson the Ukrainian market, providing the highest quality services that are tailored to client requirements. Since 2003, Nataliya has been working across all spheres of retail property agency, including research and development consultancy, facilities management, preleasing and leasing.
Victoria Goroulko was promoted to the position of Occupier Representation in DTZ Ukraine.

Fedor Arbuzov was promoted to the position of Head of Industrial and Logistics Property Department in DTZ Ukraine. Andriy Tymoshenko took the position of the Associate Director of Research and Development Consultancy in DTZ Ukraine. Anastasia Klyatskaya and Volodymyr Terzov were named the Associate Directors of Valuation Department in DTZ Ukraine. Yuriy Potapenko was promoted to the position of Associate Director of Financial Department.
