DTZ appoints Michal Orlowski as new Associate Director

Today, Michal Orlowski joined the Warsaw office of DTZ taking on the role of Associate Director within the Office Agency. Michal will be working closely with Erik Drukker, the Deputy Managing Director to strengthen DTZ’s leading role in the Polish office leasing sector.

Michal previously acted as Business and Development Director at Menolly Poland (residential and commercial developer) and Orkiestra Development (residential developer) overseeing commercial leasing and site acquisition activities. He has also worked for various real estate agencies including King Sturge and Estate Fellows having acted for clients like ORCO, Shell, BPH TFI, BRE, Bentley, Berlin Chemie, Comarch, Sarantis and Interia.pl.
