DIC Onsite expands its leadership
As at 1 July 2012, DIC Asset AG will expand the leadership of its subsidiary DIC Onsite GmbH to three managing directors, including Marc Balkenhol, Joachim von Bredow, and Jens Kulicke. Christian Iwansky, who used to head DIC Onsite together with Marc Balkenhol, will pursue a new career opportunity outside the group upon the expiration of his contract at the end of this year. In organisational terms, this staff reinforcement is designed to integrate DIC Asset’s portfolio management team directly and fully into DIC Onsite as that company’s “Portfolio Control” division.
The reinforcement is motivated by the steadily growing real estate portfolio of DIC, which currently includes over 270 properties worth approximately 3.3 billion Euros. DIC Onsite has also renamed its branch offices after the five German regions to which they are assigned and which they cover: North (Hamburg), East (Berlin), Central (Frankfurt), West (Düsseldorf), and South (Mannheim/Munich).
