Danone sells its headquarters

Danone has sold its main office building of approx. 5,000 sq.m in Redutowa Street in Warsaw to a private equity fund. Pursuant to the sale & leaseback agreement Danone signed a new long-term lease for that property with the fund. Cushman & Wakefield represented Danone in its sale & leaseback transaction.
