Construction starts of Klimt House apartment building in Warsaw

Echo Investment begins realization and sale of apartments of the residential project Klimt House located at Kazimierzowska street in Warsaw.

Klimt House is another residential project of Echo Investment directed at clients interested in high class apartments. According to Sylwia Pajdo, manager of Warsaw Echo Investment sales office „Klimt House is a prestigious apartment building, designed for persons, who appreciate living comfort, possibility of active relaxation and at the same time wish to have easy access to full urban infrastructure: culture, education and entertainment.”

Klimt House is being erected in Stary Mokotów – one of the most beautiful and most prestigious districts of Warsaw. „This district is very well developed. Neighbouring parks Morskie Oko and Park Dreszera, Pola Mokotowskie and S³onimski Park perfectly foster relaxation. Upon creating the design of interiors of Klimt House apartment building the architect was inspired by the creative output of Gustav Klimt – painter and graphic artist of the Viennesse Art Nouveau and the building was named after the artist. Works of Klimt are characterized by decorativeness, stylization, wavy lines, free composition layouts, abstract and floral ornaments and especially by the usage of golden color.
