Colliers International secures offices for Bloomberg, Dunav Pension Fund, Bank of Cyprus and Verat net

Colliers International’s Commercial Department has successfully closed several deals over the past month. Namely, Colliers assisted with opening the headquarters for Bloomberg in Serbia, the relocation of Dunav Pension fund to new offices, placement of the Bank of Cyprus into Usce Business Tower, as well as the opening of a new retail location for Veratnet.

Bloomberg, one of major global providers of financial news and information, has opened its first office in Serbia. Besides has opened Dunav Pension fund a new office to a 400 sqm office space on Republic Square in Belgrade. Verat Net has used the excellent opportunity to open new retail location on Makedonska Street on 1 June.
