Cofinimmo’s capital composition modified
The latest period for conversion of Cofinimmo preference shares into Cofinimmo ordinary shares, during which a total of 180,353 preference shares were converted, has modified the composition of Cofinimmo’s capital.
The capital is henceforth represented by: 15,220,653 ordinary shares (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFB) without par value; 1,067,809 preference shares without par value, of which 513,297 preference shares issued on 30.04.2004 (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFP1) and 554,512 preference shares issued on 26.05.2004 (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFP2).
All these 16,288,462 shares confer a voting right at the General Shareholders’ Meeting and represent the denominator of the shareholding’s percentage rates, which thus remains unchanged.
