Codic Belgium fully leases one building to Abbott

Codic Belgium has recently signed a 9-year fixed lease with the international pharmaceutical group Abbott for the leasing of 4,200 sq m of office space in the P2 building which is part of the fifth phase of the Business Park “Les Collines de Wavre”.

Less than three months after Bank Degroof and Securex, a third prominent leaseholder, Abbott, decides to rent a whole building.
