Cliveden House hotel sold
One of UK’s most famous hotels, Cliveden House Hotel is sold to Ian and Richard Livingstone. Christie + Co was acting for the administrators of von Essen Hotels. Christie + Co has now sold 20 properties from the group including the Thorn Island Napoleonic Fort in Pembrokeshire.
Following a multi-million pound investment programme, Cliveden will consolidate its position as one of the best known country house hotels with a unique history.

This renowned hotel has a new owner who will make complete the investment required to meet the growing demands of the international leisure and corporate customers of the business.
