Christian Daumann joins CR Investment Management GmbH
CR Investment Management GmbH appoints Christian Daumann (44) as Managing Director and Head of CR´s Frankfurt Office effective Aug. 1st 2012.
He joins the company from LNR/Hatfield Philips. As Managing Director of both LNR Partners Germany and Hatfield Philips Deutschland he built and ran the German Special Servicing business from scratch to its current size - with a portfolio of over €4.5 billion of loans under management it is the largest CMBS Special Servicing provider in continental Europe. Prior to LNR/Hatfield Philips Daumann worked at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the German NPL investments as well as the management of a portfolio of over €1.2 billion of German, Swedish and Dutch core assets.
Daumann graduated from the University of Bayreuth law school and holds two state qualifications in law.
