Chagala appoints Francisco Parrilla as an executive director
The Board of Chagala Group Limited appoints Francisco Parrilla as an executive director with effect from 1 June, 2012.
Francisco joined Chagala as Director of Capital Projects in 2009 with specific responsibility for overseeing developments critical to the Group’s long term growth. He was appointed CEO in January 2011, since when the Group has announced completion of a new 13-floor apartment building in Atyrau, development of 33 four-bedroom townhouses in Atyrau, issuance of $15m of bonds with an “A” rating on the Kazakhstan market and agreement of a joint venture with ADM Capital’s Kazakhstan Capital Restructuring Fund.
