Central London hotel The Kingsley by Thistle was sold
CBRE Hotels announce the sale of The Kingsley by Thistle on behalf of Curzon Hotels to a private client of Citi Private Bank. The sale completed with the benefit of a management contract with Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Limited.
The sale of the Kingsley by Thistle (formerly Thistle Bloomsbury) represented a rare opportunity to acquire a prime central London freehold asset, located in mid-town close to The British Museum and Oxford Street. The recently refurbished 4-star hotel comprises 129 bedrooms, a restaurant, separate bar & lounge and 7 air-conditioned meeting rooms.
