CDC ventures into Nordics with buy from Bellakvarter
CDC Investissement Immobilier, real estate asset management subsidiary of the French public institution Caisse des Dépôts, has successfully entered the Nordics by acquiring from Bellakvarter A/S two residential complexes totaling 13,400 sqm and 182 units located in urban Copenhagen.
