CBRE Global Investors moves into new offices
CBRE Global Investors has exchanged contracts on new offices at One New Change - the shopping centre which overlooks St. Paul’s Cathedral in the heart of the City of London – after the deal with Land Securities was formally signed. The deal, which was signed on 23rd January, sees CBRE Global Investors move into offices measuring 25,203 sq ft on the third floor of the building, following the merger between CBRE Investors and ING REIM in 2011.
The office space, on which CBRE Global Investors has taken a 15 year lease, sits above designer shops from Hugo Boss, Karen Millen and Kurt Geiger, as well as Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa restaurant.
Jean Lamothe, Head of UK, CBRE Global Investors, said: “We are delighted to be moving into offices at one of London’s newest landmarks. Situated right at the heart of the City, the location is ideal for centrally locating our office which is convenient for our clients and employees alike. Once we have moved into the new office it will be the completion of a successful integration of the two businesses and we will have created a space that is both exciting and stimulating for all those working and visiting the new office.”
