CBRE Dublin appoints Florence Stanley as Executive Director

The Dublin office of CB Richard Ellis Group today announces the appointment of Ms Florence Stanley to Executive Director. Ms Stanley is a senior member of CBRE’s Retail team advising Irish and international clients on the acquisition of retail properties in the Irish market.

CBRE also announces the appointment of David Wright to the position of Director in its Belfast office and a further seven senior appointments within its Dublin & Belfast offices which further strengthen its client advisory teams.

Florence Stanley has been appointed to the position of Executive Director joining the CBRE Senior Management team. Florence is a recognised specialist in retail property acquisition in Ireland. She serves a broad range of well-known retail brands including Aldi, Audi, Penneys, Vodafone and Volkswagen. In addition, CBRE announces that Alan Moran, Dave Murray, Dessie Kilkenny, Jennifer Mullen and Kyle Rothwell have been promoted as Senior Surveyors in its Dublin office. Ms Emer O’Connell has also been appointed as a Senior Property Manager.

Mr David Wright has been appointed as a Director at CBRE Belfast. David has extensive experience in the Northern Ireland commercial property market serving the needs of a range of Irish, UK and international clients including British Airways, Exxon Mobil, HSBC, Primark and Ulster Bank. Ms Deborah Wiggins has also been appointed as an Associate Director.
