CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton to market City Park Glasgow
CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have been jointly appointed to market City Park, Glasgow, by Alliance Property Asset Management Ltd on behalf of the Rock City Park Trust. City Park, conveniently located a couple of minutes from Glasgow city centre at Alexandra Parade, offers high quality, cost effective and flexible office accommodation. As well as excellent public transport links and car parking facilities, City Park also boasts a range of facilities including a cafe, convenience store, gym, hairdressers and an ATM and is already home to occupiers including Dell, Aggreko and Glasgow City Council and is some 285,000 sq ft in total.
CBRE and LSH have been instructed to market the remaining 120,000 sq ft in the distinctive Art Deco building. The existing tenants include Dell, Halcrow, Glasgow City Council and Aggreko. Available suites range from 4,500 sq ft to 67,000 sq ft.
Audrey Dobson, senior director, CBRE (Scotland), commented: “We are excited about presenting City Park to the market as the property itself is a flexible and modern building with attractive features and is suitable for a wide range of occupiers. Overall it provides excellent value for money and we are confident, especially with flexible leases available, that there will be substantial interest from potential tenants.”
David Smith, regional director, Lambert Smith Hampton, added: “This is an exceptional chance for an occupier to take advantage of a property that is only minutes from the city centre but offers good quality, cost effective accommodation.”
