Immoeast AG was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of Immofinanz to manage the parent company's growing activities in Eastern Europe. Immoeast has traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange since December 2003 and on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since May 2007. In March 2005 the company advanced to the Prime Market segment in Vienna.
