conwert Immobilien Invest SE is a Central European residential property company, which is headquartered in Vienna. conwert is one of the largest property companies in Austria, and is specialised in high-quality residential objects at inner city locations. The company acquires properties in Austria and Germany, and also makes selective purchases in the CEE region; over 70% of the property portfolio is comprised of older residential properties with a high development potential that are located at prime sites in Germany and Austria. On the Vienna Stock Exchange, conwert is listed in the Prime Market segment. In addition to rentals and the development of older residential properties, conwert is active in the rental of newly constructed residential objects. Other activities in the investment and service segments include temporary housing, the sale of apartments and buildings, the management of property companies, facility management, brokerage and privatisation, property development and insurance.
