BSH Bosch leases in Bykovo Logistic Park

BSH Bosch, a part of BSH Bosch and Siemens Hausgeräte, made a deal with Infrastroy Bykovo and leased warehouse facilities in the warehouse complex Bykovo, located in the Bykovo village in the Ramensky district, South-East of the Moscow ,19 km from the MKAD. Colliers International property consultants represented the landlord in the deal. On the more than 55,000 m² leased premises BSH Bosch plans to organize a logistic centre for goods reception, storage and delivery for Moscow and other regions in Russia.

Infrastroy Bykovo was founded in 2001. Today it is one of the largest Class A industrial and warehouse complexes in the Moscow region. The warehouse buildings of the complex correspond to allClass A complex characteristics such as a 14 m working ceiling height in warehouse premises, large amount of the parking places and a functioning railway line. The total area of the land plot is 120 ha; the total area of operational premises is 205,000 m².

Infrastroy Bykovo is planning to build additional warehouse facilities with a total area of 34,000 m² and Colliers International has been chosen as the exclusive marketing and leasing consultant for them.

Vladislav Ryabov, Director of, Warehouse, Land & Industrial Department Colliers International: “The warehouse market is one of the most deficient segments of the commercial real estate market in the Moscow region with a vacancy rate approaching 1 percent. That is why it is really hard to find a functioning object, which satisfies the tenant needs. On the one hand BSH Bosch gains high quality premises with a good location and a well developed infrastructure. On the other hand Colliers International is glad to become a relevant partner for the further development of Infrastroy Bykovo”.
