Broadcom comes to Arlington Square

Goodman has secured a letting with global technology leader Broadcom at Three Arlington Square, Bracknell. Broadcom, a major technology innovator providing semiconductors for wired and non wired communications, is the first to sign up to the newly refurbished space at Three Arlington Square, taking 7,500 sq ft on a 10 year lease. They will join other market leading companies including Novell, GMAC, and Honeywell, already based at the business park.

The letting follows the launch of the fresh new look created by the refurbishment of the building, alongside a campaign to highlight the award winning Arlington Square as one of the Thames Valley’s premier business locations.

Arlington Square, Bracknell is a 22 acre urban business park adjacent to Bracknell town centre. Its location offers access to the town centre and railway station, within five minutes walk, and the M4 is less than five minutes drive in the car.

Originally designed to reflect the proportions of Mayfair's St James Square, Arlington Square has been extensively landscaped to provide an environment of unrivalled quality. It features award-winning landscaping, with a range of water features, walkways, planting and seating areas.
