BNPPRE Property Management receives two new management mandates

Carlyle Group has entrusted BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy with the management of a portfolio of four office buildings amounting to over 50,000 sq. m located in northern and southern Italy.

Foncière LFPI Italia has also entrusted BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy with the management of a retail property exceeding 5,000 sq. m located in northern Italy.

The two new contracts strengthen the market position of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy, which has a staff of 80 and manages 3.5 million sq. m (20% growth compared to 2010).
