Benson Elliot and Générale Continentale sell Paris office building
Benson Elliot Capital Management and Générale Continentale Investissements announce the sale of the Olympique building, to real estate fund management firm Amundi Immobilier. The Olympique is a modern office building located at 9/35 avenue Pierre de Coubertin in the 13th arrondissement of Paris and benefits from excellent access to public transport. Offering 10,647 m² of high quality lettable office space over ground and six upper floors, the building also benefits from 88 parking spaces and an inter-company restaurant.
The sale follows a number of asset management initiatives at the building during 2010 and 2011, including the signing of a nine year lease with Editis, one of France’s leading publishing companies, taking the building to full occupancy. The vendor was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate, L’Etude Quai Voltaire and Cabinet Gide. The buyer was advised by Wargny Katz and Cabinet Fairway.
