Beni Stabili Siiq signs the term sheet for the joint control of Beni Stabili Property Service
Beni Stabili S.p.a. Siiq announces the signing of a term sheet with Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.a. and Regia S.r.l. for the disposal of a portion of its stake in Beni Stabili Property Service S.p.a. (“BSPS”), a company belonging to Beni Stabili Group focused on the management of real estate portfolios through property and advisory services.
The disposal will be based on an estimated equity value of the company of €6.3m. Through this transaction Beni Stabili Siiq and its new partners will jointly control BSPS.
Beni Stabili Siiq will therefore deconsolidate its stake in BSPS, making its structure more flexible disposing respectively the 36% of its share to Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.a. and the 15% to Regia S.r.l., identified as the best partners to expand the company’s activity after a careful analysis of the potential partners started in 2010.
