Beni Stabili signs agreement for Palermo disposal

Beni Stabili Siiq announces the subscription of a preliminary agreement for one asset in Palermo, located in via Federico Imperatore, for a total amount of €13.7m, substantially in line with its book and market values. The property has a total GLA (gross lettable area) of around 25,000 smq and belongs to “Fiat” portfolio. The closing is planned within April 2012.
