Bank Austria ImmobilienService with new management
Ludwig Wiesbauer assumed his responsibilities as Managing Director of Bank Austria ImmobilienService (BA-IS) on 1 June 2012. He succeeds Robert Anzenberger, who, after holding this position for four years, has been appointed Head of Sales Finanzpartner at HypoVereinsbank, UniCredit’s subsidiary in Germany.
Ludwig Wiesbauer previously performed a number of managerial functions at the interface between banking and real estate in various regions in Germany. Most recently he was a branch manager and in charge of real estate financing at HypoVereinsbank.
Martina Denich-Kobula and Daniel Maxian will moreover be responsible for operations and the restructured segments within BA-IS with immediate effect. The new organisational structure has resulted in the creation of two areas: the “North-East“ covering Styria, Upper Austria, Lower Austria and the Burgenland, and the “South-West” covering Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Salzburg and Carinthia. Vienna, which is where BA-IS is based, will be subdivided into two segments, North-East and West-City.
The two heads of sales come from within the company’s own ranks. Martina Denich-Kobula has been working as real estate broker at BA-IS for the past ten years, assuming a managerial function in 2009. Together with Robert Anzenberger, then Managing Director of BA-IS, she has since 2011 also been responsible for service of related companies. Daniel Maxian joined BA-IS in 2008. He has overseen sales operations in specific sub-segments of BA-IS since 2010.
