Another 5,000 square meters of office area leased in Park Postepu
In the last months of 2009 in Park Postepu complex, accomplished at Postêpu street 21, in Warsaw, several lease agreements were concluded concering office area of more than 5,000 sq. m.
The following companies leased office area in the complex: Javart, Bongrain, HTC, Novell, Forma Deco Art, X-press Couriers, Safira Polska, Budlex, Bueltel International Poland, Schutz Polska, M.P. Polska and the Warsaw branch office of Echo Investment. The biggest contract (for almost 1 600 sq. m.) was concluded with Chief Inspectorate for Road Transport.
Park Postepu is an A class office complex consisting of 4 buildings. Three of them received occupancy permits in the III quarter of 2009 and are leased in almost 80% (approximately 20,000 sq. m.). The leaseholders, who had signed lease agreement previously are, among others: Lux Med, Abbott Laboratories Poland, Pekao Financial Service, Estee Lauder Poland, Kaefer, Euro-apteka, Tavola, Dominata and Consumer Connection.
At present finishing works are in progress in the fourth - last building of the complex. Finishing of the last phase of works is scheduled for the II quarter of 2010.
