alstria leases 1,600 sqm in Frankfurt
alstria office REIT-AG announces the signing of a lease agreement in Frankfurt, Stresemannallee 30.
The 9.000 sqm asset, which has been acquired by alstria in May 2012 as part of the “Dive” transaction, has had a total vacancy rate at acquisition of 38%. The signing of this new lease allows the vacancy rate on this asset to be cut down to 22%, and increases the total annual rental income from €960 k to €1,155 k.
