Alpha Industrial develops logistics space in the greater Munich area
Alpha Industrial started the development of the modern new logistics property in the „Logistikpark München Ost“ in Pliening at the end of June 2012. As one of the most important logistics and commercial venues in Germany, the greater Munich area has had a shortage of new industrial and logistics buildings for many years now already, so Alpha Industrial is developing the space, with a direct connection to the A99 and A94 highways, on spec, investing 13 million Euros in the project.
Alpha Industrial has already signed the first lease for part of the complex with the company clinic.log Logistik- und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH. clinic.log, a subsidiary of Germany's fourth-largest private group of clinics, Sana Kliniken AG, is in the business of reorganising internal clinic procurement and logistics processes. By the end of 2012, the complex will provide 10,500 sq m more space to manufacturers, trading companies and logisticians in partitions from 2.500 sq m and upward.
